We all must make time to eat healthy meals
We all must get 7-8 hrs sleep each night
We all need to get some form of exercise (walking,running,yoga,gym,dance…)
Making the time to create definite plans to have fun!!!
Whatever fun may be to you…. do it!!!!
A feeling of belonging is a critical component to one’s well being
Not belonging can cause one to feel lonely and depressed
People need people!!!
Make new relationships when you feel a connection, with friends and family
We all need healthy space
We all need the chance to have time for ourselves. ( quiet time, meditation,listen to music…)
This helps control the direction of our lives!
5- Sense of Accomplishment:
Finding something you wish to accomplish, finding out what it is you need to do to accomplish the task and making the time to do so.
Finding out what we are good at and moving forward in that direction
